Due to the nature of power electronics products such as inverters, UPS systems, and lithium power solutions, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.
Eligibility for Returns or Replacement
Customers may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during shipping or delivery
- The product received is defective or not functioning properly
- The incorrect product was delivered
To qualify for return or replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must remain unused and uninstalled
- The product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and documentation
Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Damaged Products During Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect packages at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged:
- Inform the delivery personnel immediately
- Take clear photos of the package and product
- Contact Truepower support within 48 hours
Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement if the damage is verified.
Defective Products
If a product is found to be defective after delivery, customers should notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. After verification, the product may be:
- Replaced with the same model, or
- Repaired under applicable warranty terms
Truepower reserves the right to inspect and verify the product condition before approving replacement.
Incorrect Product Delivered
If a customer receives a product that does not match the order confirmation, they should notify us within 48 hours. After verification, Truepower will arrange for:
- Pickup of the incorrect product
- Delivery of the correct product
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or replacements may not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified
- Products damaged due to improper installation
- Damage caused by electrical faults or power fluctuations
- Damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or negligence
- Requests made after the 48-hour reporting period
- Products purchased through unauthorized sellers
Return Approval Process
To request a return or replacement, customers must:

- Provide order details and product information
- Share photographs of the product and packaging
- Provide a description of the issue
Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps if the request is approved.
Replacement Timeline
Once a return request is approved and the product is received for inspection, replacement processing may take 3ā7 business days, depending on product availability and logistics.
Warranty Coverage
Most Truepower products are covered under manufacturer warranty, which applies after installation and usage. Warranty terms may vary depending on the product model and type.

Shipping for Returns
If the return or replacement request is approved due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, Truepower will guide customers regarding return shipping arrangements.
In cases where returns are not due to product defects, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
