  • The product was damaged during transit and replacement is not available
  • The incorrect product was delivered and replacement is not possible

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The product has been installed, used, or modified
  • The issue is covered under product warranty or service support
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or electrical faults
  • Requests made after the allowed reporting period
  • Products purchased through unauthorized dealers or third-party sellers

  • Provide order details and proof of purchase.
  • Submit photographs or documentation related to the issue (if applicable).

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative refund arrangements may be provided.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the refund is issued due to:

  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect product delivery
  • Order fulfillment error

In other cases, shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and the order will be subject to the Return & Replacement Policy.
